A tribute to the grit of the 1970’s Baja scene and authentic motor culture.
We didn’t just print this one; we engineered it. The intricate central artwork is designed to sink completely into our signature heavyweight washed maroon blank for a flawless matte finish. But we didn't stop there. The "Cultura del Motor" typography physically rises off the chest in a tactile, 3D sand flock. It’s a premium, mixed-media contrast that you have to feel to understand.
It’s the 1% details that make it Low Gear. Finished with our signature woven hem tag secured by custom gold contrast stitching, and a vintage-spec interior neck stamp.
The Specs:
The Canvas: Heavyweight, vintage-washed cotton for that perfectly broken-in drape.
The Livery: High-definition, matte-finish DTF print designed to blend seamlessly with the fabric's natural wear. 3D sand flock typography.
The Details: Smooth interior featuring our spec-stamp (no scratchy tags).
The Origin: Designed and hand-pressed in our Scottish workshop.
Fit Note: True to size with a classic, relaxed cut.
Care Instructions: Wash it cold inside-out. Hang it dry. Never iron the print.
Some days, the workshop stays closed. The Coastal Scrambler is our nod to the great escape—that golden era of loading up the van, strapping a board to a desert sled, and pointing the headlights toward the water.
We engineered this piece to feel like a genuine 1970’s Baja relic right off the hanger. Instead of heavy blocks of ink, we used a soft, multi-coloured line-art approach that lets the heavyweight washed red fabric breathe perfectly. It’s a sun-faded, laid-back aesthetic, complete with our Low Gear script subtly anchored on the Scrambler's gas tank for those who appreciate the details.

Built for the weekend run. Wash it cold, hang it dry, and leave the iron in the cupboard.

Sometimes the fastest way forward is to slow down.

We build the uniform
for your best days.
Low Gear Supply & Co. crafts understated, heritage-inspired apparel for riders, builders, and analogue souls who value things that last.
Whether it’s the crisp air of a sunrise scramble, the grease-stained peace of a Sunday in the garage, or a mid-day social at the café — our clothes are made to be lived in. Designed to transition seamlessly from the tools to the table, they develop character and patina with every mile.
No fast fashion. Just rugged, reliable pieces rooted in café racer culture, desert runs, and workshop truth — finished with thoughtful details like woven labels, spec stamps, and heavyweight construction that reward the long haul.
The Low Gear Feed
No fluff, no newsletters.
Our process doesn’t end when the press is turned off. Instagram remains our living digital logbook - where we document every custom build, technical challenge, sunset scramble and all the quiet details that make Low Gear what it is.
The Sump is our vision for the ultimate analogue soul hub. For now, it lives as a digital workshop - a growing space for deeper stories, build journals, and the unfiltered culture of riders and makers. In time, it will evolve into a physical gathering place where the community can wrench, ride, and connect in person.
While we build toward that future, the best way to stay in the loop and be part of the journey is to follow along on Instagram.
